We organize pending documents, responsibilities and milestones with your company. During the contracted follow-up, we share progress, coordinate responses to official requests and review arrival and renewal dates. Housing and family support can be included in the same proposal.
With legal and accounting partners, we review the planned activity, ownership and local representation. We organize the corporate records, powers of attorney and identification documents required for the chosen structure, including any apostilles and sworn translations.
The proposal can cover coordination of company registration, CNPJ, applicable licences and preparation of banking documents. We also plan the handover to accounting and any ongoing support.
