Reviewed documents, completed forms and records of submissions.
Updates, preparation for official appointments and guidance after the decision.
We listen to your account, review the documents available and examine the possible grounds for refugee protection. We explain how the procedure applies to your situation and what needs to be clarified before preparing the application.
We prepare a document checklist, review dates and information, organize supporting evidence and assist with completing Sisconare. We help present your own account clearly, identifying missing information and any translation needs. You review the information before submission.
We coordinate submission through Sisconare and preparation for the Federal Police appointment, check the receipts and follow the formalization of the request. You attend the appointment in person for the acts that require your presence. The Federal Police issues the Refuge Protocol.
We follow notifications, help prepare responses to requests for information and explain what to expect at an interview, if called. We also track protocol renewals. After the decision, we review the outcome with you and guide the next documents and registration steps, or the options for challenging a refusal.
Refugee protection is for people who cannot safely return to their country because of a well-founded fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion. Brazilian law also covers people forced to leave because of serious and widespread human rights violations. Conare examines whether the legal requirements are met.
Our support is a paid professional service. Before you engage us, you receive a proposal covering case and document review, application preparation and filing, follow-up and assistance after the decision. It identifies the professionals involved, the duration of support and how we handle additional requests.
BFY fees, legal fees and third-party expenses are itemized in the proposal. Translations, certificates and travel are identified separately, so you know what the price covers.
Your first message only needs to tell us which support you are looking for and how to reach you. We arrange the appropriate channel for your personal account and documents as part of the assessment.
