How the service works

Four phases.
Each one dated.

Each phase has a practical outcome. Your proposal defines the services, responsible professionals, estimated schedule and costs for your case. Government processing times vary.

01 · REVIEW

Assessment

We review your nationality, current residence, purpose of moving and family situation. You receive proposed next steps, an initial document checklist and a written scope and quote.

02 · PREPARATION

The file

After engagement, we coordinate document collection and review with the legal partner. You receive a list of missing items and instructions for any certificates, apostilles and sworn translations required.

03 · APPLICATION

Protocol

The responsible professional guides the applicable application and follows requests for additional information within the agreed scope. You receive the filing receipt when issued and the next steps. Filing is not approval.

04 · SETTLING IN

Arrival

We coordinate the arrival support in your proposal: housing, registration guidance, CPF and practical steps to settle in. The scope states the support period and whether renewals are included.

Our services in practice

What we do.
What you receive.

Immigration, work and relocation are connected, but each has its own tasks. Your written proposal identifies which of these services apply to you.

01 · IMMIGRATION

Visas & residence

For people planning to move to Brazil for work, study or investment. We coordinate the route review with qualified legal partners, the document checklist, application preparation and follow-up agreed for your case.

You receive a document plan, guidance on the relevant consulate or authority, and updates on pending steps. A visa, residence authorization and Federal Police registration are different stages; the applicable sequence depends on your route.

02 · PROFESSIONAL LIFE

Work & employer coordination

For people with a job offer or seeking opportunities compatible with their experience. We review your professional background and coordinate employer contact and interviews when matching is part of the agreed service.

You receive the next steps for your profile and, where applicable, a list of employer documents needed for the immigration file. Hiring depends on the employer; a contract alone does not establish permission to work.

03 · RELOCATION

Housing & arrival

For people who need practical support before and after moving. We coordinate housing needs, neighborhood and budget preferences, rental documentation and arrival steps with local partners, as agreed.

You receive a relocation checklist and guidance on the housing and registration steps in your proposal, including CPF and bank documentation where applicable. Rental acceptance and account opening depend on the relevant provider.

Who does what

  • Brasil for You coordinates the case, documents, communication and practical support within the contracted scope.
  • The qualified legal partner named in your engagement handles legal advice and the legal work assigned to them.
  • You provide accurate information, obtain the documents requested, approve costs and attend appointments that require your presence.

What the quote must distinguish

  • Our coordination fees and the legal services included in the engagement.
  • Official fees, certificates, apostilles and translations, identifying any amounts paid separately.
  • Housing, rental guarantees, travel and living expenses, plus any additional services or renewals. These are included only when expressly listed.
Before you begin

Clear expectations.

The first review establishes the route and the scope. These answers explain what to expect from the service.

Which documents should I prepare first?
Start with your nationality, current country of residence, passport validity, purpose of moving and whether family members will accompany you. Depending on the route, the checklist may include civil records, criminal records, professional credentials, an offer, admission or proof of funds. Confirm the checklist before paying for translations or apostilles.
Can you guarantee a visa, a job or a deadline?
No. Authorities decide visa and residence applications; employers decide hiring. We explain the requirements, prepare and coordinate the agreed steps, and keep you informed. Timing depends on your documents, appointments, third parties and official review.
Does relocation include rent and living expenses?
Relocation is the coordination of your move and arrival. Rent, deposits or other rental guarantees, tickets and living expenses are separate budget items unless your proposal expressly includes them. The same applies to translation costs and official fees.
What happens after I arrive?
We follow the arrival checklist and support period agreed in your proposal. Registration, document collection and any renewal dates depend on your status. Continued support and future applications must be covered by the engagement or a separate proposal.
Support at every stage

Refuge and political asylum

Careful attention to your story and to every step of your application. Our support brings together case analysis, document preparation, filing and follow-up in Brazil.

After the initial review, you receive a written proposal with services, fees and separately payable costs. The amount depends on the route, family size and support requested. Any additional work requires an agreed scope and quote.
