to your arrival.
The sequence depends on your location, immigration route and employer. We estimate the schedule after reviewing the case and update it as documents and official decisions arrive.
Assessment
Profile, trade, family situation. Written answer: eligible or not, and for what, with the quote.
Matching & contract
If employer matching is included, we coordinate profile presentation and interviews. If you already have an offer, we review the employer documents needed for the case. The employer makes the hiring decision.
File & housing
We coordinate the document checklist with the legal partner, including apostilles and translations when required. Housing planning can run alongside this work when relocation is included in your proposal.
Protocol & departure
The legal partner guides the applicable residence and visa steps, including MigranteWeb where required. Before departure or starting work, confirm the permissions for your case; an application receipt alone does not establish either.
Arrival
Arrival support may include Federal Police registration guidance, CPF, bank documentation and coordination with the employer, as contracted. The proposal states how long support lasts and whether renewals are covered.
